Overload Security: A Shearbolt in PTO shaft coupler prevents against overload damages

Adequate Consolidation: The variable depth control tube bar roller helps in reconsolidation of soil. The roller without central axis provides the better formation of the soil without blockages even in sticky soil.

Levelling Bar for Regulating the flow of Soil: The adjustable leveling bag behind the tines regulates the flow of soil and optimizes the efficiency of tines. It helps in the proper structure of the soil for better seedbed preparation

Side Shield: The side shields on each side equipped with special spring prevents the outer tines from creating ridges and also protects from flying stones

Three Point Linkage: 1. The multiple top link pin options for the CAT 1 and CAT 2 make it versatile machine. 2. The swining lower linkage attachment work as a shock absorber and makes perlite perfect for the seedbed formation despite uneven lands

Vertical Rotation Bales: The vertical rotating blades work without creating any compaction on the soil. The 260 mm long & 12 mm wide, special alloy steel tines guarantee better performance and long life. The arrangement of rotors creats very smooth operation and uniform load on the tractor PTO. Each rotor has its own gear & bearings arrangement to make the machine trouble free. The bolted tines are easy to replace and it is efficient machine for seedbed formation

Perlite is a suitable machine for intensive mixing & crumbling action with the result the clod distribution in the seedbed is ideal for better seed germination. It also maintains structural stability of the soil. Prevention from building of hard pan at the bottom layer is an added advantage. The seeds which have been sown and are germinating in the soil require sufficient water, heat and air to develop which perlite does effectively
